The bags were collected first thing in the morning and were delivered next despite an estimated delivery date of the next week. Also one bag tore (it was old) and they took care to protect it.

Really great customer service got back straight away via the phone and talked me through everything. This put me at ease as I was confident that the delivery was going to go ahead successfully. It's very hard in Houston to get couriers that you trust, and International Courier Service is just that.

I have now used International Courier Service on two separate occasions, where items absolutely had to be at their destination promptly. The service I received has been excellent; both parcels were collected within the agreed timescale, and delivered to their end location within a couple of hours. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the service, and this would definitely be my first call should I need to send anything urgently again.

Absolutely excellent service, THEE best courier service we've ever used as a company. Same day delivery at a very competitive price. Collected within 60mins. Constant updates on where the driver was. Will be using Speedy for all our courier needs.

The advisors I spoke to were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the whole process was painless and efficient, excellent service. Getting through to a person straight away on the phone instead of an automated service was great. I'm sure there are cheaper companies but this was great for what I needed. The parcel delivery took less 6 days and I received all the paperwork in a timely manner.
